Battery powered sprayer sourcing for business buyers
Define your tank, nozzle and battery requirements. Meadow Link Sourcing helps request factory quotes and compare the complete purchasing scope for your US destination.
Request Factory Quotes- Tank & liquid fit
- Pressure & flow
- Battery & charger
Ask for documents tied to the quoted sprayer
- Wetted-material statement
- Nozzle flow record
- Battery documentation
- Operating manual
These are procurement checks, not certifications held by Meadow Link Sourcing. A document for another model does not establish compatibility for your order.

Freeze the specification
Start at the nozzle, then work back to the pump
A tank label alone cannot describe a working spraying setup. Record tank capacity in L or US gal, nozzle type, flow in L/min, operating pressure in psi or bar, and the intended application rate. Ask each supplier to state the same nozzle and pressure when explaining performance.
Include the liquid formulation, operating temperature and cleaning method so the factory can identify wetted materials and limitations. Keep any replacement seal or nozzle proposal separate until the buyer accepts its effect on the application.
Compare the complete kit
The battery package changes the purchasing decision
Separate a complete kit from a bare sprayer. Request battery chemistry, voltage, rated capacity, charger input and connector details; ask which parts are included. A runtime statement needs a specified nozzle, pressure, duty cycle and test conditions before it can guide a fleet purchase.
For distributors, compare spare pumps, triggers, filters and replacement battery access alongside carton quantities. Your optional budget can be per unit or for the whole shipment. Supplier preference describes a cost and support tradeoff, not a verified factory grade.

Match the brief to the work site
Describe access, walking distance, crop canopy and refill arrangements. A portable sprayer may suit local work, while broadacre coverage can call for a different equipment class; the application and buyer acceptance criteria determine the comparison.
Use your destination to define delivery scope
A US ZIP code helps distinguish a port quotation from delivery to your premises. Tell us the shipment quantity, receiving restrictions and seasonal delivery date. Freight, import charges, handling and onward delivery need their own lines in the comparison.
Send your destination with an RFQ
One brief / comparable replies
Bring the open questions into your RFQ
State what is fixed and what a factory may propose. A sample request should name its inspection purpose, payment scope and acceptance criteria before the sample is ordered.
- Specification and included accessories
- Order quantity, packing and destination
- Optional budget and supplier preference
- Spare parts and documents to request
Read the battery sprayer procurement checklist or review the inquiry options before sending your brief.
