Meadow Link Sourcing Terms of Service
Purpose of this website
Meadow Link Sourcing presents procurement information and collects inquiries from business buyers interested in battery spraying equipment. We act as an independent sourcing partner. Product expressions, illustrations and catalog options help describe a requirement; they do not identify reserved inventory or constitute a binding offer to sell equipment.
Requirements and quotation scope
Buyers should provide accurate contact details, the intended application, specifications, quantity and destination. Optional budget and supplier preferences help explain purchasing priorities. A preference is not a rating of a supplier. A quotation must identify its issuing party, configuration, currency, validity, inclusions, exclusions and delivery basis before it can support a purchase decision.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase contract, confirm availability or authorize payment. Any sourcing assignment, sample order or equipment purchase requires separately agreed terms. Price, service fees, freight, tax, duties, payment schedules, cancellation and dispute arrangements must be confirmed for the particular transaction.
Technical and supplier checks
Buyers remain responsible for reviewing whether an offered configuration suits the intended use. Request model-specific instructions, material compatibility information and the documents applicable to the destination. Content on this website does not replace professional application advice or the equipment manufacturer's safety instructions. Supplier claims and proposed alternatives should remain open questions until reviewed with supporting evidence.
Documents and content
Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share. Initial drawings or sensitive commercial documents should be discussed through the inquiry conversation before transfer arrangements are agreed. Third-party references are used for requirement vocabulary and do not establish endorsement, authorization or a supplier relationship with this service.
Conditional sourcing support
The sourcing support notice describes eligibility-based support. Product, quantity, destination and purchasing requirements must be reviewed before applicability is confirmed. A notice does not establish a fixed discount, a quotation or the terms of an equipment order.
Questions and revisions
These website terms may be updated with a revised date. Review the current text when sending a new request. Use our contact form to ask about the proposed service scope, and read the Privacy Policy for information handling. If a page fails to load, no transaction should be inferred from that technical event.
Clarify a sourcing request
State the product requirement and the service question you want to resolve.
